Cancellation Procedure

  1. What is cancellation?

Cancellation is, after the order is placed for any product and if you feel you don’t want the product for any reason you can cancel the order.

  1. What is the time frame for cancellation?

You can cancel the order any time before the order is marked as “Shipped”, your refund will be processed immediately.

  1. What if my order is marked as “Shipped”?

 

You can cancel the order even if the order is shipped but the refund will be processed once the product is returned to us from the courier.

 

  1. What if my order is delivered to me and I want to cancel the order?

 

Once the order is delivered to you it cannot be cancelled,  you have to make a return request.

 

  1. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

If  the order is not shipped  it will take us 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund, if the order is shipped it will be cancelled within 1-2 business days but the refund will be initiated after the product is received from the courier.

  1. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to the source of the transaction and  it may take 7-10 business days for a bank to process the refund. If the refund is delayed post confirmation from RelicellBattery.com please get in touch with your respective banks.

Return Procedure

  • What is Return?

Returns  is when a customer is un happy with any product he purchased on Relicellonline.com and wants to return the product either in exchange of another product or for a refund.

What are the conditions eligible for Returns?

  • If the product received is in damaged condition.
  • If the product has any manufacturing defects.
  • If the product is of poor quality.
  • If the performance is not up to the market standards.
  • Any other reason where you are not happy with the product or service.

 

  • What is time frame for returns?

 

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

 

  • What if the product is found faulty after 7 days of delivery?

You can raise a service request for any products you have purchased from Relicellonline.com from day 1 till the warranty is applicable. If the product carries on-site warranty our Service Engineer will visit your place and if the product is having any manufacturing defects it will be replaced free of cost.

Please refer the warranty policy for warranty period and type of service.

  • What happens after a return is requested?

Depending upon the product ordered and the return reason our representative will visit the site and validate the return process and if it is a replacement request will be replaced immediately, if it is a refund, request will be initiated after the product is reached to our nearest warehouse.

Please note that if your location is not serviceable for courier pickup you will be asked to ship the product to us on to pay basis.

  • When are returns not accepted?

 

When the return is requested after the specified time frame (still you can raise a service request if the product is defective/faulty).

Product is damaged because of misuse or inappropriate use.

If any accessories or freebies if supplied with the order is missing.

Product is damaged due to wrong application.
